A letter from our
founder & CEO

Dear visitors, dear friends,

It is with immense pride that I write these few lines to tell you about a project that is deeply close to my heart: Klorie.

For several months now, I’ve dedicated all my energy to building what I hope will become a key player in the world of payments. Klorie was born from a strong conviction: the payment industry can do better. It can be simpler, more transparent, more flexible, and above all, more accessible.

From founding an international humanitarian aid NGO to launching an online fundraising platform, I’ve always sought to bring people closer together throughout my personal and professional journey — to create connection, build bridges, and connect hearts. The development of Klorie, as a PSP (Payment Service Provider), is a natural continuation of that mission.

Why? Because I believe the online payments sector is not just a driver of economic growth — it is also a vector for social transformation. It gives everyone — individuals, entrepreneurs, associations, small organizations and large enterprises alike — access to tools that, not long ago, were reserved for only a few people or entities.
Through my own experience as a client, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face when dealing with PSPs. These gaps significantly hinder the creativity and growth of a product or service.

My ambition with Klorie is clear: to build a PSP designed for today’s realities and tomorrow’s challenges — always with two pillars in mind: flexibility and accessibility. In full transparency, here are a few ways Klorie stands apart from other players:

1. Understanding client needs.

The first key difference between Klorie and other players lies in our user-experience–focused approach. Unlike standardized solutions from our competitors, we strive to meet the specific needs and expectations of businesses, because we’ve been clients ourselves and understand how difficult it can be to have those needs truly recognized.

Most players simply offer payment services without real support or attention to their clients’ actual challenges. They provide access to tools without trying to understand the specific obstacles businesses face. By imposing rigid, ill-adapted frameworks, these solutions stifle creativity and limit innovation, preventing companies from designing seamless, differentiated payment experiences.

👉 Klorie aims to take a flexible approach — never imposing unnecessary barriers on our clients while ensuring strict compliance.Technology serving people — not the other way around.

2. Technology serving people — not the other way around.

Most PSPs prioritize numbers and growth above all else, seeking to reassure investors rather than offering a fair and inclusive service. As a result, many:

• Reject certain clients on the grounds that they don’t generate enough revenue — even when their volumes are meaningful.
• Focus solely on volume-driven business models, rather than adapting to the real needs of companies.

👉 Klorie takes an adaptive approach, ensuring access to payment services for high-potential clients as well as smaller merchants. We firmly believe that accessible payment tools for all are also a means of social transformation.

3. A distinctive and innovative approach.

Unlike some market players who scatter their focus by offering peripheral services unrelated to online payments, we invest all our resources in innovation and user experience improvement.

👉 At Klorie, we’ve chosen to focus exclusively on the excellence of payment solutions and customer satisfaction, with an offering that is high-performing, tailored, and constantly evolving.

4. Proprietary and high-performance technology.

No white-label solutions. Klorie develops its own technology in-house, allowing us to offer a powerful, scalable API designed for simple and intuitive integration.

👉 Drawing on our experience as PSP clients, we’ve built a clean solution, eliminating superfluous features in order to centralize everything in one place — offering smooth, fast integration without unnecessary complexity.

5. Competitive and fair pricing.

Our strategic decision to focus on the essentials — without dispersing ourselves with tools that only serve a small minority — enables us to avoid unnecessary spending and offer lower prices than our competitors, all while maintaining healthy and sustainable profitability.

While we’re still at the beginning of this exciting journey, we’ve just reached an important milestone:the waiting list is now open for anyone who wants to follow the project closely, test the Beta version upon launch, and join the Klorie adventure from the very beginning.

I want to thank everyone who is already supporting me in this mission.
Klorie is only just beginning, but one thing is certain: what we are building is much more than a PSP. It’s a way to reconnect the world.

Thank you for your trust,
Thank you for being part of the journey.

See you very soon,

Billal RIGHI
